I love this season of Thanksgiving and Christmas. I think of the greatest gift of all and that is the gift of a Savior in Jesus Christ! God gave it all when he gave us his son!

Our society is so busy! We call ourselves multi-tasking and a lot of the time, we are not getting anything done! Invest the time to rest. Get your sleep and turn off the noise of life from time to time so that you can have the energy you need for all that you have been called to do.

If you feel stuck in your work or in your relationships, you may need to re-boot and start over. Nothing wrong with starting fresh!

Pay attention to your surroundings. Pay attention to the people that you invest your time with. Pay attention to the your inner voice. There are great things being spoken. There are important things being spoken but you will miss out if you are not tuned IN!

Change can be a beautiful thing. Use seasons of change in your life as an opportunity to grow. Believe that as an old thing falls away that a new and beautiful thing will take its place!

A fun way to journal the life events of your week is to write them as news highlights. Try it! Create different sections like, cooking, (mine would be empty), restaurant reviews, sports, editorial, etc. Do it at the end of your week as a way to reflect.

Whether or not you can keep a plant alive, make sure that you keep your gifts and talents alive. Water them! Feed them! USE them often!! Go and grow!!
